Privacy policy

What Selfkept does

Selfkept is a CRM that, with your explicit permission, reads your business email and meeting notes to keep your customer records current. Access is read-only: Selfkept never sends, modifies, or deletes anything in your mailbox or calendar.

What we store

Facts extracted from your business conversations (names, companies, deal values, dates, task commitments), together with short quotes used as evidence for each fact, your account email and name, and the authentication tokens for connections you enable. We do not store full copies of your mailbox.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models. AI processing is used solely to extract CRM facts from your own conversations for your own workspace.

Google user data

Selfkept's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail and Calendar access is read-only and used only to extract CRM facts into your workspace. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings, and disconnecting removes our stored tokens.

Data retention & deletion

Your workspace data is retained while your account is active. Email dev@selfkept.ai to request export or deletion of your workspace, which we honour within 30 days.
